Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that helps restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit. In a session, I channel universal life force energy to support deep relaxation, release stress, and encourage your body’s natural ability to heal. Each session is unique to you, offering a calming space to realign and replenish. **Virtual Reiki sessions are held via Google Meet, FaceTime or other Video/Call platforms. Enjoy this practice from anywhere!**
Shamballa works with a broader spectrum of light and energetic frequencies than Reiki, supporting release of old patterns, karmic ties, and limiting beliefs. While Reiki focuses on balancing and restoring life force energy, Shamballa invites you to connect with your multidimensional self, opening space for freedom, self-empowerment, and deeper awareness. Each session is guided by what you’re ready to receive, offering a unique path of healing and expansion.
